Your tasks:
- Coordination of delivery dates
- Creation and maintenance of statistics
- Creation of work plans
- Container management
- Materialdisposition/-beschaffung
- Creation and improvement of production documents
- Project management
- Participation in internal complaints processing
- Entwicklung, Unterstützung und Durchführung von KVP-Projekten
- Detection and elimination of qualitative deviations
- Participation in the further development of the QM system
- Participation in the preparation of risk assessments in the area of activity
- Durchführung von erforderlichen bzw. anfallenden Tätigkeiten in Notsituationen
- Mitwirkung bei der Prozessoptimierung/Produktionskapazitätssteigerung
Your profile:
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Organizational and planning skills
- Good conflict management
- Assertiveness and reliability
- Experienced with Office applications
- Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind wünschenswert
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Logistik oder Arbeitsvorbereitung
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working, communication skills, commitment
