Tasks:
- General commercial and administrative activities
- Support in accounting (e.g. invoice verification, digital document posting)
- Quotation and order preparation and processing
- Communication with customers, suppliers and internal departments
- Maintenance of master data and documentation
- Organization and support in everyday office life
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training
- First professional experience in the commercial sector
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organizational skills, reliability and independent way of working
- Ability to work in a team as well as a friendly and professional demeanor
- Flexibility and willingness to familiarize yourself with new tasks
